138.JOKES Echo Rules


138.JOKES is a sysop-only echo available to Sysops of Fido net 138.
Sysops in other nets may apply to the Moderator for admission.

This is a no-holds-barred joke echo.  ANYTHING is permissible.  There will
be as little moderation as possible.

The ONLY restrictions on this echo are:

1. No flaming.  Also, NO FLAMING.  Flamers will be dragged into the street
   and SHOT.

2. Access is to be sysop-only.  Sysops who wish to have points or co-sysops
   access the echo should contact the moderator.

3. Cross-posting into other nets/echos is allowed at the Sysop's discretion.
