INTERNATIONAL ALLFIX_FILE ECHO RULES

This is the FidoNet InterNational File  Announcement  echo, EchoTag
ALLFIX_FILE,  coordinated  out  of 1:3830/5  by  Jeff Schrunk. This
echo  is  for the announcement of various files on systems that are
currently running ALLFIX(c) File Processor or some other compatible
processor.

** All systems carrying the FidoNet "ALLFIX_FILE" echo should  post
the rules to this echo in a place that all Users that call your BBS
can view so they know this is a SysOp post ONLY echo.

ALLFIX_FILE Echo Rules:
-----------------------
1.  No flames or personal attack or insult. If anyone has a problem
with another in this echo send netmail to the Moderator and he
will deal with it out of the echo.

2.  NO illegal activity or item may be advertised.  Any
person breaking this rule will be immediately removed
from the echo.  No warnings, no exceptions.

3.  Taglines that are inflammatory or otherwise judged inappropriate
in the echo by the other sysops of the net shall be prohibited. If in 
doubt as to whether yours might be in violation ask yourself "would
this be likely to bother others".

4.  Quoting is not allowed generally unless there is a problem with a
ALLFIX_FILE message that a user or sysop has sent.  If quoting is done
it must be limited to the part of a message that one is replying to 
and may not exceed 25% of the original message.

5.  Testing (test messages) of individual systems in this echo are
    NOT ALLOWED!!!  PERIOD!!!!

6.  No BBS Ads

7.  Be friendly.

8.  New File Announcements ONLY.  No Filefind requests of any kind.

9.  Arguing with the moderator in the echo is defined as
"excessively annoying" and may result in the immediate cutting of feeds.


Strong suggestions:    (Not mandatory, unless they are abused)

1.  Don't take offense at some things that are said. If it offends
you then just ignore it.

2.  Flaming someone because you feel that their point is wrong with what
you think could cost you access to ALLFIX_FILE.

3.  Hold down the Ascii Art.  Some systems choke on the
wrong characters.


I'll add or subtract from this list as necessary from time to
time. All of your input is appreciated.

** Persons breaking the rules will be first publicly warned in this
echo. A subsequent violation by the same person will result in
a personal netmail warning being sent out. A third infraction of
the rules will result in that person being removed from the echo.
Any such requests will be sent in netmail.

As usual, all comments can be sent to me at 1:3830/5 or 
trrc@bise.tzo.com.  All abuse of this structure shall be considered
"excessively annoying".
