    Excessive Intros & sign-offs - boring,repetitive & costs users
    Hi-Ascii - general worldwide Fido ban. (œ sign allowed here)
    And in keeping with the contract a user has with the 'phone
    company, Fidonet won't condone any defamatory stuff.
