                         ConText is a simple utility that does two useful
                         things. First, it lets you convert text from one
                         arbitrary codepage to another (i.e., character
                         byte values are changed as needed to preserve
                         the original meaning of each character under the
                         target codepage). Second, it also supports the
                         pasting of Unicode text (such as may be copied
                         using one of the Mozilla products) from the
                         clipboard, converting it into the selected
                         target codepage on the fly.

                         program is not running. A simple 'secure' mode
                         for kiosk-type setups is provided. This package
