Yes..I guess.  I had a very hard time getting used to having another person in
the house when my daugther moved in....It was real hard to remember that in the
summer time one does not go around the house "nekkid".

It;s simply a reflection of the major society....all one needs do is read
echoes like FN_SYSOP, FIDONEWS and IC to see that borishness reigns.  I used to
tilt at windmills in them...and then realized that I simply had better things
to do with my time and energy.

One can disagree...it's how ya do it.....although I must admit, I can cut a
wide swath when needed.  I am on an advisory committe to the local Liquor
Licensing authority....and at one meeting the chariman said some unfortunate
things...I came just short of jumping over the conference table and injuring
him.  As it worked out, he became inactive...and now I am the acting chairman.

I think part of the problem is that in many instances, what we do in the
"discussions" hae any real meaning, and so it's really easy to be unrealistic
in how we act.
