To some people that would include me.  I don't believe you are making that 
assertion however.

We don't know that humanity is/isn't the prime agent of global warming.  We 
don't know that it is even within humanity's purview to control.  The people 
that think they know this stuff rely heavily on computer models which are 
right up with with "lies, damed lies and statistics" in my view.  Mercenary 
science whose results are bought and paid for before the research is even 
started.

I have a hard time believeing that "no warming" voices outnumber the "Yes". 
That isn't my experience.  Global Warming is the clarion call to action for 
the environmental movement.  It is THE BIG thing to that element of the 
Liberal Alliance.  The Kyoto Protocols were not convened to denounce Global 
Warming.  Nor was the broadband Liberal denunciation of President Bush for 
not signing those Protocols limited to the Chicken Little crowd.  (A 
denuciation that ignored Bill Clinton's pocket veto of Kyoto.  If Kyoto was 
so vital, Bush should have never had the option of declining US 
participation)

Moderation in all thing but let's not get carried away.

I want some solid and non-partisan proof first.  There isn't a scrap.  It's 
all mercenary science.

That said, taking commonsense and reasonable action to slow our emission of 
C02 is well and good, but when China and India take no such actions and have 
no such requirements imposed on them, even by Kyoto, one has to wonder about 
even Chicken Little priorities.
