Yeah.  First happened in October... I emailed Shaw and was told they'd 
"just upgraded their news server" and that it should start working again 
"soon".

February I finally talked to someone in their tech support who actually 
seemed to have a clue, actually tried subscribing, and actually knew 
what B5 was and was surprised people were still talking about it.  He 
seemed somewhat pleased to find out there was new life in the B5 universe...

But I never talked to him again.  He gave me his tech ID# to email info 
on my attempts to get it working, and I emailed him the info that Jay 
suggested it was the email address that was misconfigured.  I never got 
a reply.

I made numerous calls and emails over the subsequent months and finally 
got somewhere a couple weeks ago when I insisted on talking to a 
supervisor.  Even that was frustrating, as he said their department 
never actually communicated directly with the network support guys, they 
just exchange information through the trouble ticket entries in their 
database.  Example, he called me last Tuesday evening saying they 
thought they had it fixed, I should try it when I got home, and he'd 
call back the next day.  Well, it didn't work - at that point the post 
attempts *to this group only* were timing out.  So when he called back 
the next evening, I told him... he said he'd leave notes for the network 
guys again.  I mean, this process could take FOREVER.

that: it's three syllables, and the first two are 'cluster'."
