Universities, small, middle and very big enterprises. Only privatees are
changing software only because the version number gets increased. Scince and
commercial are nit interested in version numbers but only in functionality.
Even an increased number of functionality is mostenly of no interest because
any extension is of no interest as the original design matches exactly the
needs and a change here would require new cost extenssive cycles of holdings.

They invests now in eCS because the old computers are dying and the old OS
(WARP3/4) gives endless hassle on installing on new ones.

You means that you will see nothing except *ix. OS/2 was born as an modern
replacement of DOS. Then it gots extended with a GUI - and that is where Windos
stays even today.
*ix was born with its own philosophy and got later extended by a GUI with even
its own philosophy.

OS/2 gots reburn with a revolutionary own phisolophy of useability without any
counterpart - but no other OS has tried to go that way. Any other OS -
including unix/linux tries to be windows and its traditonal, at least
uncomfortabe way of useage.
