Bind try to poll a node with either .ilo .dlo or .cut files and not can make it
by find the rout or aka someplaces 
It can be that binkd got a connect to a node with more than one aka or net and
the node has a bad setup in addressing and akas + net and zone domain like
"1:120/123@fidonet 8:9999/9999@fidonet"
your have polled 8:9999/9999@fmlynet and the file for this number is .dlo or
.ilo then will binkd say not such aka and it is the number yoru has polled and
then make the .dlo or .ilo file to a hold file as .hlo
