Major problems there.  Some of our problems with the school system came
from our being military and the girls changing schools during the school
year.  The school systems, even within the same state (TX) or system
(DoDDS) were not consistant with their curriculum.

And that kid probably laughed the whole thing off afterward. Probably
didn't get disciplined, either thru the school or at home afterward
either. Bummer!

Yes, those who get the free or reduced price meal vouchers stand out
when they go thru the cafeteria line.  I've read that some kids go
hungry rather than use the vouchers to avoid the stigma other kids put
on them.

Actually, Challenger schools only go thru 8th grade. In talking with
David, he said that to run a high school level, they would have to hire
college level instructors. The kids work several levels above the public
school grades.

Most of mine are cooked 2-3 hours, minimum.  I like to do a bell pepper,
onion, mushroom, garlic and tomato one, with oregano, parsley, basil and
black pepper; no meat is needed but some could be put in. (G)
