  {rant} I have always been against the thought of protective tariffs
  and/or government support for commodities.   In the long run, they do
  more harm than good.   They encourage a lack of innovation,
  productivity, etc.  And they can destroy an industry (e.g. US steel).

   I agree -- we just don't use that much sauce of any sort for some
   reason.   I do have a jar in the pantry, unopened and it will come
   out in July.

  According to a zip code locator for 06082 on www.bonesuckin.com, you
  can buy it at the Cracker Barrel exit 45 on I91 in East Windsor (6
  miles away), at the Cracker Barrel exit 15 on I91 in Holyoke (16 miles
  away), a place called Wild Oat's at 340 North Main in West Hartford
  (17 miles) plus a bunch more within a 30 mile radius.

   They also list Canada locations.   Jim might take a look, but all of
   the names I recognize are in the general Toronto area except for a
   few stores in Vancover.  I also see that Ian could get some on his

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Santa Fe Stew Olé
 Categories: Tex mex, Stew, Meat
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 lb Beef stew meat,
           (optional;tenderized by
           Butcher)
     28 oz Canned peeled diced tomatoes
           W/juice
      1 pk Dry taco seasoning mix
      4 tb Canned green chile peppers,
           Diced
     14 oz Canned pinto beans, drained
      1 cn Whole small or med. size
           Black olives
 
  * A south of the border stew
  
  * Can improvize on this recipie. If I use a little more stew meat,
  I might add another can of diced tomatoes, DRAINED. And maybe
  another can of pinto beans too.
  
  Brown stew meat in a little veg. oil. Then add diced tomatoes,
  taco seasoning and green chiles. Slowly bring to a boil.
  Then turn heat down low and let simmer til stew meat is almost
  tender.
  Add pinto beans and black olives and continue cooking til meat
  is completely tender.
  
  * Good with hot corn bread muffins and butter.
  And maybe a small salad.
