Hi Ruth,

-> shoveling snow in years to come.  Steve talked to his one brother

Most places do have enough of a pitch to the roof to keep the snow off.
Trouble is, if you live in an area that gets lots of lake effect snow,
the snow can build up fast and you need to get it off.  At least down
here we don't have to worry abut that much snow.

-> Earth as the main two, other varieties thrown in once in a while as I

 RH> I like green tea, and will even drink black if pressed, but NOT first

I'd rather get my eyes opened gradually.

We had our car full up with 4 big suitcases, a couple of carry ons and a
lot of misc. as we drove across the south last fall.  One of the first
things we bought in Las Vegas was a cooler for the chocolate we got at
Trader Joe's and I don't know how many bottles of water.

Yes; I keep getting offers from Hawaiian Air but can't take advantage of
them.

-> No, but we still need road munchies.

 RH> That goes without saying. We used to live with a bag of pretzels in
 RH> the front seat.

We have had any and everything over the years.  One year for Christmas,
somebody gave us one of those tins of popcorn--the plain, carmel &
cheese; that was road munchies for a trip to Phoenix and back.  (G)
