Definitely over-used.

As the PM is elected by the other members of the Cabinet there are
probably ways of getting rid of a bad one earlier.  How can you get
rid of a really bad president before his time is up, apart from
impeachment and assassination?

Much the same, on a smaller scale.

Nobody is perfect, but you can hope that you don't share the
potentially evil genes that were dominant in the family black sheep.

Coincidentally, there was a claim yesterday that Australia was very
short of pilots, as the Air Force was not training many new ones.
The fully trained pilots were staying on in the Air Force instead of
moving out into Qantas, Virgin and Jet*.  BTW, I will be taking my
first JetStar flight, to Darwin, on 23rd March, where I will remain,
house-sitting, for the following 3 weeks.

      Title: Red Beans And Rice
 Categories: Beans, Rice
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2    Jalapeno Chiles -- cored,
           Seeded, mince
      1 sm Onion -- chopped
      1    Clove Garlic -- minced
      1 c  Red Kidney Beans -- (dry)
      1    Turkey Wing, Smoked -- (1
           Pound)
      3 c  Chicken Broth
      1    Bay Leaf
           Black Pepper -- freshly
           Ground
      2 tb Minced Green Onion -- green
           Part only
      1 c  Cooked Rice
 
  Heat oil in medium pan.  Add 1 minced chile, onion and garlic and
  saute 5 minutes or until tender.  Add kidney beans. Cut turkey wing
  through the joints into 3 pieces and add to pan.  Add broth and bay
  leaf and bring to boil.  Reduce heat to low.  Cover and cook 3 hours
  until beans are tender.
  
  Remove turkey wing.  Meat should be falling off the bones.  Return
  meat to pot and discard turkey skin and bones.  Remove bay leaf.
  Season beans with pepper.  Sprinkle with remaining mince chile and
  green onion.
  
  To serve, spoon half of rice onto each of 2 plates.  Top with bean
  mixture.
