In those cases, I've been known to switch to the German or Italian
instructions.  In a weird way, it works better.  They're a mess, but less
elegantly commensurate (Chinese ebay speak ... you want confusing!) than
the English ones.

And it takes ten seconds to wipe down the knife.  Drying plastic bits is a

Every Ruth I've ever known has had a big creative streak somehow.

I know from miracles; I've seen a few, medically speaking.  None were mine
though.

I was referring to the yeast.  I don't bake enough bread any more to worry
about the flour.  When I do, it's King Arthur; it's readily available and
the quality is consistent.
