We're both! That's the beauty of the place.

Domestic is rich, tasty and very fatty; wild is stronger tasting and
lean.

I like and eat both. Just like many of us here like both Waygu beef and

      Title: Tagalog Bulanglang
 Categories: Filipino, Vegetables, Shrimp
      Yield: 4 servings
 
           Crushed garlic
           Chopped onions
           Bagoong alamang
           Inihaw na isda
           Water
           Vegetables
           Bitter melon
 
  The following vegetables are the one used in making Bulanglang:
  kangkong eggplants kalabasa sitaw bittermelon gabi (optional)
  
  Like what V said, the Tagalog called it Bulanglang. They sauteed
  crushed garlic and chopped onions, first. Then they add bagoong
  alamang and the inihaw na isda. Add some water to boil for about 3
  minutes. Then add all the vegetables. Try not to stir for a few
  minutes to avoid too much bitterness from the bitter melon.
