What does "dead flesh" reek of?  I often buy dead flesh, aka fresh meat.  If it
was dead, decaying flesh it could be considered undesirable, in which case I
would not like to eat it.

Ridiculous!  Durian is my very most favourite fruit.

Untried, but I would like the opportunity.  Probably prefer them cooked.

As blood sausage is good, and tripe can be good, also, there is no reason why
the two combined should not also be good.

They should be just as good as other beetle or moth grubs, roasted, nice like
an omelet.

Reputedly an excellent hangover cure.  Should be good.

I've tried stir-fried duck intestines, which should be similar and good, but
weren't.  Much to tough and chewy.   Reserving judgement on that one.

What rodent?  I only know Nutella, which is a sickly sweet brown stuff that
Italians slop all over sweet bread at breakfast time.  That would definitely
meet your requirements as one of the most repulsive "foods".

Cows don't have testicles.  Bulls have testicles.  Or were you thinking of a
soup made from udders?

Something that I still haven't tried, although if I didn't like it, I would be
haunted by all the ghosts of my Scottish ancestors!

It is unfortunate that my memory tends to retain the more exquisitely
pleasurable items I have eaten and drunk, while consigning the least desirable
to the disposal bin.   Unpalatable foods are usually the result of incorrect
preparation of food which if properly cooked would be quite tasty, or at least
could be eaten with some enjoyment - like a Yorkshire labourer devouring a vast
quantity of Yorkshire Pudding to blunt his appetite before moving on to the
roaste beefe of Merrie England.

One which I do recall from recent travels is the dreaded Eastern European
dumpling, or Knudel, of the same density as depleted uranium, as it sinks to
the base of one's stomach, there to remain for the next week.  Its intended
purpose is identical to the above Yorkshire pud.
