I almost never make my own.   I don't buy enough bread for it to really get
stale, and the kind of I bring home doesn't make good bread crumbs.

I like the other kind better myself, but generally use a mix.  It's a bit
faster, and the people I bake for don't appreciate a scratch cake anyway. 
I'm sick of putting in the time to have the thing ignored in favor of
Nabisco cookies, so I use a box mix.

That could be interesting.  I hope someone remembers to put cream of tartar

Definitely.  My feet are pancakes, but I've never found a dress shoe with
those specs.

Interesting.  I have a friend who's up in Arunachal now.  That's about as
Northeast as you can get without going across the Chinese border - and
you're over it according to the Chinese.
