One problem is that poison ivy leaf morphology varies considerably.

I think 28th seems sensible judging from what others have said,
with Sunday being a day for informal get-togethers for those who
are able to stay in town. It doesn't matter to me personally, and
I'd guess it doesn't matter much to Carol.

Weekend traffic in July is likely to be brutal. Carol recalls
going once and being stalled on US 50 for over an hour.

Harris has lots of atmosphere and is a fun place (read: I like
it a lot, and maybe we could take an early or late crowd there
on Thursday or Monday), but we should probably also consider
waterfront eateries on this side of the bay. Maybe even the
Baltimore Inner Harbor?
