Hi Ruth,

Why not? It's a warm place with lots of good food. (G) Surprisingly, HI
is the only place we ever encountered mice tho the potential was there
in several other places we've lived.

Steve tinks any other bread is inferior to mine.  Of course he thinks
that about most of my cooking too. (G)

No fun! I got a "you're doing fine, come back in 6 months" check up from
my primary care doctor this morning.  This after a killer migraine
headache last night.


-> And others that we were meant to eat but have to watch how much we do

 RH> Or olives.  I can usually walk past the chocolate, but preserved
 RH> olives are a whole new ballgame!

OTOH, I'd ditch the olives if chocolate was nearby.

I can imagine.  We're hoping to settle in the southwest after Steve gets
out of the Army and goes thru seminary.  Less heating costs but more AC.
This past week end tho, the Savvanah area set several record for
temeratures (lowest highs and record lows).  It's supposed to hit only
the low 60s (if that) today.

I do both, depends on time and mood.

You're the northeast, we're supposed to be the sunny south!

Not that I was aware of.

They know how to make shoes that fit, not shoes for fashion.

The kids started their tour in mid January and go until mid December.  I
thik they do mostly churches and places like that--very enthusiastic
group of youngsters!  Got hugs from several of them afterward for having
them come and perform.  If we could have worked out logistics, we could
have had several stay with us as well for the 2 days they wer in town.
