Japanese dont use it as far as I can tell or not enough for me to find it so I

Snicker.  She's ok.  Just not the level of adventure in food that i am and
since I'm pretty far off the norm, thats not that amazing.  I too took some
time as you might see in the progression of recipes over the past 6 years, to
shift.  She's gonna do well.  Especially once she finds her 'picky eater' will
try stuff in an unpressured zone.

Humm!  I have never frozen leftover fish.  I remember now something silly from
my 'mommie' that is related.  Fish was the exception that once defrosted and
cooked, wasnt to be refrozen.  Odd that i had forgotten that yet have possibly
been doing it for years.  Unless it's so cooked into a dish you dont think of
it as 'fish' I never freeze it.  Then again, I cant recall ever having enough
leftover to need to do that!

It's pretty much leftover madness <G>. Thats normal USA lunches as well as how
we do things everywhere else in the world.

Heck if I know.  I kinda grew up knowing this taste as a kid in Florida and
have been later told 'carribean' (dont bother to fix my spelling, that one
wont fix and i dont know why or maybe I just *like* it spelled that way and
resist changing).  I came home and 3 of the 4 leftover chicken thighs were
rapidly being engulfed and the bones of the 4th were in the trash.  (Charlotte
has a 'big sister' setup and I was happy to see her offer the best the fridge
had at the moment as any one should to a guest!  Right on Charlotte!).

Charlotte is off at the ginza (our shopping mall) with 2 girls, a slightly
older flock but they know us like we know them.  The girls are 15 and 16
respectively.  Charlotte is 13 but no sister.

Only at passover, and then not all that much.  Just 'stuff that is acceptable'
shows up then.  It's a problem for those who keep kosher year round.

Slurp!  Now, what wierds out out non_USA set is what I really want is a strong
*ammonia* brie.  That means 'rotten brie[' elsewhere.  I dont care.  It it
doesnt hint of that or be it strongly, it's not my taste.
