OK, I see.  I'd be a tourist buying a thimble. (G)  I've one in my
collection that's a regular metal sewing thimble from my (maternal)
ancestral home town in Germany, another, utilitarian thimble made from
fabric from Korea.  The rest are all made for collectors, in various
materials and quality.

Is there time before you go back overseas, that with intensive help form
you and the school, she can finish the rest of the year successfully? If
we were closer, I'd offer to tutor her but............

I'd wander a bit, until I saw all I wanted.  Maybe, if I found another
spousal unit, we would do someting together, but the sewing would be
there as a back up.

Yes, in geek heaven. (G)  Steve doesn't have much more time to do one of
these thru the military and has other plans post military so I doubt
he'd ever get to one.  He did win a monitor at a convention in Las Vegas
some years ago (while we were in AZ) when a friend entered his name in a
drawing. (G)

I Know (!) Steve would have his head in a book 23/6.5 (one hour off for
sleep and one morning off for church.

Hopefully he's improving by the time I see this. Antibiotics?  The ones
I had for my last round of bronchitis in Feb. really knocked it down
fast but had to go to a civilian pharmacy for them.  Had to pay the more
expensive co-pay as they were a newer, non generic, not carried by the
military pharmacy but it was worth it.

Talked to my mom yesterday; Dad had his first solid foods that morning.
They hope he will be home today.
