I don't mind the smell of garlic! (G)  I've got smaller and not as
strong hands as you do so I'll stick to my method & you can stay with
yours.  Good enough deal?

I'm generally using my chef's knife for prep work so the garlic get
smashed with it.  Smash, then chop is the usual proceedure.

From what you've said about her, it sounds like we'll be like a couple
of peas in a pod. (G)  I'm a bit limited mobilty-wise but the biggest
problem is standing on my feet for an extended period of time.

I'll try this ut leave the cilantro out and sub in plain yogurt for the
sour cream. I've got some Vidalia onions on hand that would go well in
it; I think the only thing I need to (want to) buy is the avocado.
We're not in HI any more so don't have an avocado tree in the back yard.
This should be a year for a bumper crop again.
