I'm with Steve on this one...I doubt that the okra would be good enough to 
prompt me to do anything more than give it a try...it's one of the very few 
foods I don't care for! 

-> BTW, news on the foot--healing, not quite as sensitive to doctor's

That's great news! If they are saying come back in six months that means 
you're pretty much back to being on your own! It's when they say come back 
next week and we'll have another look, that you have to worry about!

Anne won't be out till late this coming week, 22nd or 23rd I think. Lots of 
snow days to make up this year! Not so much due to real snow but the 
associated power outages that took several days to remedy....tough to have 
school in a dark and unheated school building! 
Amanda surprised me by coming up from CA for Father's day..I am blessed! 
It's so good to see her and have her close enough to hug! We went out for 
sushi last night and had a great time! She leaves on Wednesday so I have a 
couple of full days left to enjoy with her.....Annie will be in school!

-> made bread recipe into use with the bread machine.  We found the secret
-> to getting a pretty loaf without a fallen in top--use cool water from
-> the tap and let the machine heat it & measure the flour by weight, not
-> volume.  It works!

Hope the biopsy comes back with a good result! Anne made me have one 
done last month on an odd growth on my arm...happily it came back "normal" 
and now all I have is a tiny scar to show for it!
