That works out pretty well for many people. I did something similar (on 
a different schedule - attending a Community College then an "upper 
division" school. After I got the Masters from Sangamon State they got 
absorbed by the University of Illinois. Then some bozo called me to ask 
if I'd like to spend U$85 to have my degree "upgraded" to a more 
prestigious U of I degree. As if!

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Mary Magdalene's Never Fail Potato Rolls
 Categories: Breads
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 pk Yeast
      1 c  Milk; lukewarm
  1 1/2    Potatoes; cooked
    1/4 c  Shortening
      2 lg Eggs; beaten
      1 ts Salt
           Flour
      2 ts Sugar
 
  Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk. Whip potatoes, add yeast,
  sugar, shortening, eggs and salt. Add enough flour to make
  a soft dough.
  
  Let rise 'til doubled in bulk. Roll out half-inch thick and
  cut with a biscuit cutter. Spread with butter and fold over.
  let rise an hour and a half. Bake at 450oF for 10 - 12 min.
