  Not really decided, and it might depend on when you get to Columbia.
  Your motel is fairly close to us.   You could come here, and caravan
  with us or you could meet us there.   We'll figure it out later.   I
  might mention that according to my MS Streets & Trips, the route from
  you to us is just under 7 hours -- but we all know that S&T does not
  allow for road stops along the way.  Thus your 8 hour figure sounds
  reasonable.   Also, S&T has you coming in from the NE along Interstate
  95.   Depending on how traffic is, you could go through the I95 tunnel
  or you could choose to take the Harbor Tunnel freeway which is labeled
  as Interstate I895.   An advantage of the HT Freeway is that once you
  pass through the tunnel, there are no other entrances for other
  traffic and you can usually sail right along until it rejoins I95
  south of the Baltimore Beltway.

   Noted -- although I can say that Dimitri's has a lot of things other
   than Greek on the menu.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Sizzling Pork Pockets
 Categories: Main dish
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 tb Dijon mustard
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Chicken broth
      2    Garlic cloves, fine chopped
    1/8 ts Freshly ground black pepper
     12 oz Boneless pork loin, cut into
           -thin strips
      4    6" pita breads (~ 2 oz ea)
      2 c  Chopped mixed lettuce
    1/4 c  Creamy Tarragon Dressing
           -(opt)
 
  In a medium bowl, combine the mustard, lemon juice, chicken broth,
  garlic and pepper. Add the pork strips and toss to combine.
  Refrigerate and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Remove meat with a
  slotted spoon, and discard marinade.
  
  Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry
  the pork for 5 minutes or until done. Open pita breads to form a
  pocket and fill each with an even amount of lettuce and pork strips.
  Top with a tablespoon of dressing, if desired.
  
  Nutritional information per serving: 321 calories, 7 grams fat, 561
  milligrams sodium, 54 milligrams cholesterol; Pyramid equivalent: 2
  breads, 1/2 vegetable, 2 oz. cooked meat.
