I am SO glad (knocking on wood!!) that I haven't had one since I retired! It 
would knock me down for a day or two sometimes...at least I did get the 
warning aura...and I paid attention to it! No treatments ever really helped me 
either..only time.

Right now we are in Sebastopol CA, about 18 miles from Amanda...we'll be 
leaving to go over there in a few moments.....life is good when you get to 
enjoy you're kids!
