She and Steve are on the road right now so she probably won't see it for a 
while...you could send a note to Dale as they will be there this weekend for 
the echo picnic and he can pass the info on to her...and probably supply you 
with her email and snail mail addy's while she's there!

When we were at sea we ran an 18 our day, three sections, 6 on and 12 off 
so it worked out well..in port it was work all day long and stand watches at 
night...good thing was we only stood gang watches at night...no shore 
patrol, no topside, no quarterdeck watches. We could double up on watches 
at night and still get almost as much done as during the work day...the only 
big problem was that the tender we moored alonside closed up like a small 
town after evening meal (grin) so all the "stores" were closed if we needed 
anything during the night. I was only responsible for my gang and if my 
department chief needed anyone he'd let me know and I'd supply whoever he 
needed and take them off my watchbill. With a small crew like you'll find on a 
sub everybody covers for everybody else when needed...other than weps and 
nuke watches (grin)
