Not bad, would come over a little wierd here but not too wierd.  Mostly we dont
have blueberries. Sub in grapes and for the little smokies, a local little
thing sized like them that you boil in dashi (or most recently, my adobo sauce
as I amde chicken) and that works.

Snicker.  Hey, Charlotte decided to make herself canned spagetti for dinner so
who am I to talk?  She's having milk with it and a few grapes ans sliced up a
cucumber.  The cucumber dressing is interesting though.  She mixed sesame oil
with olive oil and parmesan cheese.  Just a little one person serving amount,
not but a tablespoon combined.

      Title: Carribean Crock
 Categories: Crockpot, Caribbean, Xxcarol, Beans
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      1 ea Bag 16 oz dry beans
      3 ea Left over rib bones (knawed)
      2 sm Onions, chopped
    1/2 c  Green onions, chopped
      1 c  Green beans, fresh! whole
      1 tb Chinese 5 spice
      2 qt Water, or 'to fill pot'
 
  Simply delicious!  If you love baked beans but cant take the sugar
  levels, this is for you.  The meat is optional but a nice touch.  The
  dried beans can be almost any type, but suggested are:  Kidney, red
  beans, pink beans, pinto, black beans, or a mix of the above for a
  true fiesta pot.
  
  Just dump it all in and let it cook.
  
  Optional additions are:  Pretty colored peppers added near the end of
  the cooking cycle, fresh tomatos (Italian work best due to firmness),
  ripe black olives (dont use green), pecans, whole grapes.
  
  Serve this with thin toasted slices of baby bagels or a rye toast,
  and just a hint of fine white cheese such as gryere or brie.
  
  Nutritionally complete, low in fat, low in sodium pending on the
  additions, suitable for diabetics and dieters.

      Title: Xxcarol's Crock-O-Magic
 Categories: Low-fat, Soups, Xxcarol, Crockpot
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      1 ea Whole leek, wash and chop
      1 ea Leftover lettuce, chop
      1 ea Fistfuls of leftover cabbage
      2 ea Chopped leftover carrots
      1 ea Wilting potato, chopped
      1 ea Fistful leftover lima beans
      1 ea Leftover yellow/green squash
      1 ea Leftover turnip, chopped
      1 ea Almost overripe tomato, chop
      1 ea Apple, wilting, remove bad
           Spots and chop
      1 ea Fistful dry rice or 1 cup
           Cooked rice
           Water to cover
 
  This is true magic.  Its called making food that you will like, out of
  leftovers you would otherwise toss out.  This recipe is spawned off
  of one popular in the depression era.  The trick is to toss
  everything you have about to be no longer usable, into the crockpot
  and then cover with water and slowcook it for 12 hours on low.
  
  This one also takes well to the addition of leftover ribs, or just the
  leftover rib bones for flavoring.
  
  Nutritional information:  Low fat, low sodium (pending on additions
  made), sugar-free.
  
  Serve with a small portion of smoked salmon salad on stone ground
  wheat crackers and a glass of iced tea.
