Oh, bugger .... jazz cuts vary so widely that it's hard to say. Some, 
recorded back in the days of shellac 78 RPM records run under two 
minutes - and some (most) go three and a half to four minutes on 
average. And about 5 percent got eight minutes or longer. Jass muzik, by 
nature, doesn't follow a set path very well.   Bv)=

De nada. Just seemed obvious to me that if one wants "presence" go to 
where the music is being presented.

  From Georgeanne Brennan.
  
  Put stemmed, unpitted sour or sweet cherries in a clean, dry, glass
  quart jar with a screw-top lid. Add 1 cup sugar and brandy to cover.
  Screw on the lid. Let stand for a week or so, turning the jar over and
  shaking it from time to time. Store in a cool, dark place for up to a
  year. Serve over cakes or ice cream, or serve with rich meats such as
  duck or roast pork.
