   Well, as on now, the Lotto Market is shut down by Howard county for
   health reasons.   Gail has never liked the smell of the fish section
   there.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Dutch Sauseasons (Saw-Seasons)
 Categories: Sausage, Dutch, Pie
      Yield: 1 servings
 
           -Filling
      1 lb Lean ground pork (My
           -husband likes these best
           -with sausage
           -replacing the ground
           -pork)
      2 ts Pepper
           -Seasoning (I like Mrs.Dash
           -Table Blend)
           -Dough
      4 c  Enriched flour
      1 c  Lukewarm milk
  1 1/2 ts Salt
      4 tb Butter or margarine melted
      1 pk Powdered dry yeast
           -dissolved in 1/2 cup
           -lukewarm water
 
  Mix meat,pepper and seasoning and set aside in refrigerator.
  
  Place flour in a large mixing bowl;make dent in middle and add
  milk,salt,melted butter;add yeast and stir with slotted spoon until
  all of liquid is absorbed.Knead with hands until ball of dough is
  shiny and smooth.Form in ball and place in greased mixing bowl to
  rise.Cover with cloth and place in warm spot.In about two hours
  dough should rise to double its bulk. When it has risen place on
  floured board or pastry cloth and knead a couple of minutes.Cut off
  pieces the size of a egg flatten and place two tablespoon of meat
  mixture shaped like a sausage in the middle.Fold the dough over and
  around and shape to look like a minature loaf of bread about 3"
  long.Be sure dough is sealed all around the meat.
  Place loaves on greased cookie sheet.Place cookie sheet in a warm
  place to rise again.When almost double in bulk place in 350 degree
  oven and bake one hour or until tops are golden brown.
  
  May be eaten either hot or cold.Freeze well if <grin> you can get
  them there before someone eats them.
