Ok!  I'll catch up eventually but I'm having fun reading all the stuff back in
mid-June just now.

Oh a product review just for us gals (you guys, go hide your eyes).
Australian brand- Libra thins. Nice and comfy pads and the wings do not chafe
when walking long distances in hot weather.  A definate buy if you ever see
them.

Well, I know some of the stuff I can get easy in the USA so am not worried. 
It's the korean red chile pepper I can't replace!  The rest is replacabe but
would cost alot more than to just mail it <g>.

Yes.  I am not sure how prevalent 'peanut allergies' are compared to other
things, but that they denied they were in there when asked, is what scares me.

I never really thought of the difference but yes, it does as much on masters
and PHD level as Batchelors level things.  I seem to recall pre-med and Med
were the 2 it didnt do, but some pre-med students went there first 2 years?
Full nursing college available up to masters.  Best known for PHD in physics,
Education, Agriculture, and Biochemistry back when I was there.  It had
multiple 'colleges' within it of various specialties.

30,000 college students and faculty, the town dries up and blows away in summer
then they mostly leave.  2,000 or so true locals of which I was one.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Alternate Spring Roll Filling
 Categories: Tvfn
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 lb Raw shrimp, peeled,
           De-veined, and roughly
           Chopped
    1/2 c  Bok choy, chopped
    1/2 ts Dried chili pepper flakes
      2 tb Vegetable oil
      2 tb Sesame oil
      2 tb Low sodium soy sauce
      3 tb Rice wine vinegar
      2 tb Sugar
      3 tb Cornstarch
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Ground black pepper
 
  Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and
  pulse rapidly to a very coarse texture. Do not make too soft or
  pasty. Fill the springroll wrappers with the shrimp filling and
  follow all directions for cooking.
