 Probably out of my class,then. Which explains my non-
 understanding of your adjectives. I don't want to
 afford them!

 Messed up Glen's idea of making an adobo as an
 automatic rice go-with, though. The 2 rices presented
 on Saturday were stand-alone rices, both your risotto
 and the Haffley multi-rice. Both were good, but neither
 asked "What goes with" as the adobo was meant to. I
 should have packed up my Canilla rice just as an
 acceptable base for the adobo!

 Interesting that you found them dry! Maybe the
 sweetness serves other needs than taste, but
 also mouthfeel issues, then.
