And a lot of Asian.  We went to an Asian buffet place last night; some
things were better than others.  The egg rolls were well past their
prime but the seafood delight was so, the green beans nice and tendr
crisp and there were a few other gems.  This place does a mix of Lorean,
Japanese and Chinese mostly--Steve said the hot and sour soup was good,
as was my won ton.  Neither of us got any sushi or kim chee this time
but the other time I went there with him both were excellent.  On the
dessert bar they had the usual jello layered creations, mini cream
puffs, coconut macaroons (Steve said were good), chocolate pudding out
of a can and little balls of something Steve said tasted like mochi with
a sesame seed coating.  He tried the coconut shirmp (not fried) but said
it had little coconut taste, thinks it was cooked in coconut milk.  All
in all, some winners, some losers but not bad overall.

I wouldn't want to hold either of them very long on a buffet line.

Too many bakings aren't good for it, trust me as I've done it. (G)

Very much so; this country is lawsuit happy.

Just the straightforward facts.  I usually play devil's advocate to
Steve's suggestions so...................................

Just make sure the bear meat is well cooked tho as it can carry the
tricinosous bug.

Similar to mine but I don't dice up the bacon and usually saute the
onion on the side. But it's missing the dill pickle spear I always roll
up the meat around.
