There is a whole brood of Philippines-born Jamiesons rampaging around
Australia and now propagating.

The Korean chef, Lee Myong Suk, who runs a Tokyo restaurant, came up
with some very interesting liver dishes - chili-marinated beef liver,
pan fried sesame seed covered beef liver, Royal Korean barbecued
marinated beef liver cooked in front of the judges - while the Iron
Chef Chinese, Chen Kenichi, produced the liver sashimi with ginger and
lemon sauce, spicy chicken liver stew with Chinese winter melon,
steamed chicken liver and shark's fin soup, braised pork liver Szechwan
style, liver and fried rice in soup.  The Iron Chef was the winner.

      Title: Eel Liver Soup Kimosui
 Categories: Japanese, Eels, Fish, Organs, Soups
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Eel livers
           Broth:
      2 c  Dashi
           The pre-boiled eel livers
           Mitsuba
           Ds Mirin
      1 tb Shouyu
           Pn Salt
 
  The livers are boiled first, then added to the broth. Boil 4 eel
  livers in a pot of slightly salted boiling water, and remove and
  drain.
  
  Add the broth ingreds. into a pot and heat.
  
  Serve in individual soup bowls.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Fried Liver Chinese Style
 Categories: Main dish, Offal, Chinese, Meats
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Calves liver
      1 tb Water
      2 tb Soy sauce
      6 tb Oil, lard or chicken fat
      1 tb Sherry
     12    Green onions, sliced thin
    1/2 ts Sugar
      1 tb Cornstarch
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  Cut the liver in narrow strips and toss with cornstarch, sherry,
  sugar, soy sauce and water. Let stand 20 min.
  
  Heat fat in skillet; saute the liver 3 min stirring frequently. Mix
  in the green onions; cook over low heat for 3 more minutes. Sprinkle
  with salt and pepper.
