It is sad; you really need both a good business head and a good cook to
make a place work.  If the food is good, people will come but if the
food isn't so great, it'll be evedent by the lack of customers, no
matter how business smart the owners are.

We're headed up to eastern NC this week end; I already told Steve I want
to eat at Moore's BBQ in New Bern and T&W Oyster Bar in Cape Carteret.
Other meals can be whatevers but it's been over 22 years since I've been
to either place and I"ve got to see if they've maintained quality in
that time. (G)

I'm hoping for sunny weather this week end, at least in NC.  On our way
over to the clinic a couple of hours ago, the radio station local
weather forcaster mentioned scattered showers.  It's been coming down at
pretty steady pace, increasing over the morning and early afternoon.
Longest "shower" I've seen in a while. (G)
