Should I look up the amounts of stuff I use?  Mine is a hybrid of
several recipes but it's mouthwatering good.

Nachturlich! (Dale, pardon the German but it fit the occaision.)

Well, we wanted to get to NC at a decent time so we didn't want to go
wandering in the small towns. On the way up in July, we found a good bbq
place in Lumberton but knew we would be getting bbq Saturday on this
trip so decided to go for SOTB.  It took a while to get the food out
because they've reduced help now that the place isn't going day to day.
We are remembering to ask for non smoking seating now; had a nice little
isolated spot there and at the Shoney's we hit up on the way back on
Sunday.

I'd not had scallops for so long that I got them quite a bit our first
year or so here but am backing off them now and going for other seafood.
Steve had a nice flounder Sunday noon time in Swansboro.  My calamari
were good but the marinara sauce was outstanding!

-> Most? U of H recruits a lot for their football team; I'd hate to see the

Those guys are probably just as big, or bigger.  It's us little folks
that have to watch out for the super sized ones.
