It will be like anything else, at least partly dependant on the folks that work
there.  This particular one, attracted me mostly due to the people working
there.

Yes, used it a few times already.  Useless in Sasebo, but useful here!

We use it in lots of things.

Well, I dont have that option and farm raised means I'm not depleting ocean
stock (probably not a concern, but it's in my mind still).

Its a set price and he hasnt any options.  Also seasonal availability.

Bones, I think maybe but didnt ask.  Cutting down services are free for most
cuts (except he doenst debone chicken for free).

Got chicken wire up to keep the kid out, and waiting for the install sometime
late this week or next week.
