This time, it's more to do with the people working there.

Yup.  They have a customer for life, although big trips will be the exchange
and some trips will be Harris Teeter due to location.  Today was Harris Teeter
due to proximity and needing some specialist stuff they have.  They carry both
ebi and wasabi rice seasonings.  Sure, I'm used to mixing my own but here I'm 
happy to be able to get it at all.

Sae storage method.  It was rotted almost by my standards and most folks looked
away from it too so it wasnt just us. The tuna was distictly brown.

I find BJ's reliable for beef and pork, and normally whole chickens.

I think same here bit not as much of it so he has to dehead some of them.

Easy.  Salt content.  The rest of the recipe shows a low-salt treatment and MSG
free as well.
