My office is right next door to a KFC. I smell it all day long and I
can no longer eat there. I'd go to any other kiosk, even Taco Time
(which is even worse than Taco Bell) first!

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Mongolian Beef (Wang Kung)
 Categories: Chinese, Beef
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb lean beef
           soy sauce
    1/2 ts salt
      1 TB rice wine
           OR other sweet white wine
    1/2 ts brown pepper powder
           vegetable oil
      1 lb green onions
      1 TB sesame oil
      3 TB sliced garlic

  Slice the beef very thin. (Meat will slice easily if partially
  frozen.) Place in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt,
  rice wine, pepper powder, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Toss to
  coat well.
  
  Cut the onion lengthwise, then in diagonal strips. Set aside. Mix
  together 1 tablespoon soy sauce and sesame oil in small bowl.
  
  Heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok until very
  hot. Add the sliced garlic and cook 3 seconds. Add the beef and
  stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute. Add onion and sesame
  oil mixture and stir-fry until thoroughly heated.
  
  Serve with steamed rice and a steamed broccoli with sesame seeds
  and oil.

  Notes: This simple stir-fry dish from the Wang Kung restaurant in
  Los Angeles is typical of its genre. The brown pepper powder is
  available ins most Oriental markets. If you can't find it,
  however, a few drops of hot pepper sauce will make an adequate
  replacement.
