Major munching going on here.  I'm also looking for Kimchee recipes as most
of the ones I had, went away in the crash.  I have a small batch with just the
Korean red pepper and bok choy with red radishes. I havent decided what else to
add to it yet.

Worked for us all!  That Teacher wouldnt have known enough to be worried about
which hand was used <g>.

Yes, but i got used to the butterknife version too.  (not much 'getting used to
it as familiar with seeing it).

Haha!  No, dont drink the fingerbowl but be sure it is one, not the vinegar
dip!

Grr, forgot.  I think less than 2$/kg though.  Its a 2.26kg bag and i think it
was about 3.49$?  Not a huge difference.  Buy it in the 10kg roughly bags, and 
it's 7.99$ I think.  I dont have the freezer to store larger amounts yet
though.
