Works for me!  For me, pizza is a 'fast make it' food.  I do not want to
bother with making dough and all that for it.  I get pre-frozen ones and then 
add stuff like you do.

I like'em seriously cheesey so add lots <g>.  Whatever else I have that seems
suitable also gets added.  The pepper-jack works well.
