Sounds like you are in hog heaven.  Speaking of, our church does a Wed.
night dinner before other activities.  The lady in charge of this weeks
is making a pork roast with plum sauce. She's cooking a chicken breast
with plum sauce special for Steve, knowing he doesn't like pork.

That can be rough on the rest of the family as well.  She may need some
professional help at some point.

It sounds like it would have been good but the amount of blue cheese has
to be watched.  Too much will ruin the potatoes, just enough to let you
know it's there without overpowering everything else is the way to go.
Of course hitting the happy medium is an art.
