I tried Quizno's a second time last month and had that same
sandwich. Sickening sweet and totally revolting as well as very
skimpy. Plus they wouldn't let me swap juice for pop without an
upcharge (They insisted on charging my tray a la carte instead of as
a combo if I took a juice!) I think that will be the last time.
There's a Vietnamese hole in the wall within a block of my office
that makes awesome Viet subs for $2 less, plus all kinds of neat
imported juices and soft drinks in the grocery store next door, so
why punish myself?

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: "Outside-In" Burgers
 Categories: Sandwiches, Groundmeat, Beef
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
      1 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
      1 tb Chopped parsley
      4    Thinly sliced onion rings
      4    Thin tomato slices
      4    Thin slices cheddar cheese
      4 ts Dijon-style mustard
      4 ts Pickle relish
      4 ts Mayonnaise
      4    Crisp lettuce leaves
      4 lg Hamburger buns, toasted and
           Buttered
 
  When you put hamburger relishes inside the meat itself, the meat stays
  juicier. Burgers can be broiled, pan-fried or barbecued. Be sure
  filling is sealed in.
  
  Mix meat with the salt, pepper and parsley. Divide into 8
  portions. Flatten each portion out to make a round, 4-5 inches in
  diameter. Top each of 4 patties with 1 slice onion, 1 slice tomato
  and 1 slice Cheddar cheese. Top the matching patties with 1 tsp.
  mustard, 1 tsp. relish and 1 tsp. mayonnaise. Place the relish
  patties over the other patties, carefully enclosing all the
  relishes on the inside. Press out any air bubbles. Seal edges
  well.
  
  Broil or grill until done to your liking, about 4 minutes on each
  side. Top with lettuce and place into prepared hamburger buns.
  Serve immediately.
  
  Cynthia's notes:  Patties may be prepared ahead and refrigerated
  until ready to serve, up to 6 hours in advance. Recipe may be
  halved or doubled.
