That's about the same distance from us also and we'd do the same thing
(plan on stopping there on a trip in-it's too expensive for gas to just
go for a bite to eat).  I'm assuming that they're like Fuddrucker's as
in they cook the meat and you have a condiment bar to put on what you
like?

I was suprised to see that billboard also as I had assumed that they
were local also by what you said.  Then again, Atlanta is brimming with
new places.  I don't know if you've ever heard of El Pollo Loco (but
those of you who have lived in the Southwest know), but they're a good
Mexican fast food place...like Taco Bell, but with better quality food.
A deal was struck and they're opening 40+ franchises in Atlanta this
year.  The first one was in Hiram, a little bedroom town between here
and Marietta on one of the back highways.  We stopped there and I'd
forgotten how much I liked EPL.

There is one going up here in Douglasville and in my travels around the
metro area, they're springing up all over.  So it doesn't suprise me
really to see these smaller franchises popping up here.  I'm all for
more choices for where to eat! <G>

Except for steak, I like /all/ of my meat to be well done, so that's
fine.  As long as they're juicy too because I dislike biting into a
chunk of charcoal.  Do you have Back Yard Burgers up there?  I like them
because they use Angus beef...real good stuff.  I haven't seen any here,
but there is one (that is fairly new) up in Johnson City near my
parents' place.  A little spendy, but you get a big juicy burger with
seasoned fries.

I get paid today; we are going to have to go to Atlanta next week
sometime for groceries (we need to go to Trader Joe's), so I'll talk to
Maura and see if she would like to go.

A side note: yes, I do have another BBS set up.  Right now, however,
it's just a point for me to do mail.  But Maura is still interested in
the echo and I am going to set up MultiMail for her since she runs a Mac
and there is a Universal Binary for it.  However, I don't know of any
good text editors for the Mac...do you or anyone else know?  I know
someone else who runs a Mac...I'll ask him too.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Biscuits ( Red Lobster Cheese )
 Categories: Pitts, Breads, Cheese/eggs
      Yield: 12 Biscuits

MMMMM--------------------------BISCUIT-------------------------------
      2 c  Bisquick
    1/2 c  Cold Water
    3/4 c  Cheese, Cheddar; grated

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
      2 tb Butter, melted
        pn Garlic powder*
        pn Italian seasonings*
        pn Parsley flakes*

  Preheat oven to 450.  Mix bisquick, water and cheese.  Drop by large
  (heaping tablespoon) spoonfuls onto GREASED baking sheet.  Bake 10-15
  Min. After baking (while still hot) brush on melted butter/spices.

  *Spices can vary - but a little goes a long way.

  Note:  Try parmesan cheese
