Not Kop but historian, and not incipient. You should realize by
now that I am one of the most vigorous defenders of various
culinary faiths and traditions here, especially the classic
French.

Unless you happen to be Glen or Greg, in which case Kevin is

It's not his sexuality but the allegations of various kinds of
abuse that worried yours truly.

Missouri corn and pepper relish
cat: side
yield: 5 quarts

18 ears corn, cut off the cob (14-15 c of kernels)
1 hd cabbage, small, cored and ground
6 onions, ground
3 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, chopped fine
3 green bell peppers, cored, seeded, chopped fine
1 Tb crushed hot red pepper
2 ts celery seed
1 Tb mustard seed
8 c cider vinegar
1/4 c salt
2 c sugar

Combine all ingredients in a big kettle and bring to a boil.
Simmer 35 min. Put up in sterilized jars and store in a cool,
dark, dry place.
