There's a geographical issue. I wasn't there within a week
of the crime, honest; and even though I was allowed a whopping
132 lb of checked baggage (didn't tell Carol this), I could
hardly have made a dent in the heist. I'd perhaps look to a
certain syndicate of South Australian culinary criminals for
this kind of work.

The criminals could have made 256000 servings of this dish, if
they could have found the 768000 spinach leaves ...

Vegetables and ham with fresh vanilla olive oil
cat: Spanish, salad
servings: 4

4 sl cured ham
1 md potato
1 carrot
1 sm zucchini
1 hd cauliflower
8 snow peas
8 sl celeriac
4 scallions
8 stalks asparagus
4 garlic cloves
12 fresh English spinach leaves
2 Tb corn
2 Tb cooked lentils
2 Tb green peas
2 Tb green beans
basil
mint
chervil
chives
fresh vanilla olive oil

Cook the slices of cured ham in a pan until they
are crispy.

Prepare, cut, and cook all the vegetables separately
until they are "al dente."

Peel the potato into a cylindrical shape and slice it.

Arrange the vegetables and ham on a plate. Dress with
fresh vanilla olive oil. Decorate with aromatic herbs.
