Pretty much the same situation with me, all my 
landlords hated to see me go as I was never a 
problem and helpful when needed. Unfortunately
being on subs meant that I was only ashore for 
three months at a time and I had to look for very
short leases, which did not always mean finding 
the best places!

-> I even saved them bundles when a typhoon came through and the roof 
gave way.
-> I called them in a panic at 11pm when it happened and water started 
pouring in
-> then shutoff the main breakers as it was hitting the wall outlets.  I was

-> top story and the roof leak was sudden and fairy bad but they got

-> there to temp seal it that night.  Had i not shut off the electrical, they

-> it probably would have caused a serious fire.  On the 27th story, you do

When we were there the Hale Koa had not even been built yet,
Ft DeRussy was all open park land with a couple of exceptions.
Anne and I did a lot of our shopping at the tiny convenience 
store there. We lived just across Ala Moana BLVD from Ft 
DeRussy, so it was always a short walk! That was one 
great three month honeymoon for us!

-> fix the one wall that was trashed out.  Man, were they happy they didnt 
have
-> to pay anyone to do that!  I think they were a little nervous that i 
wouldnt
