It's really a pretty good lifestyle once you get used to it
and it's only really restrictive when you are in "phases one".
It's full of good food and good eating practices...sometimes
though it's easier to fall off the wagon than to keep steering 
it in the right direction! (grin)

-> Had a call from the surgeon yesterday.  He said that the radiology
-> oncologist is willing to let me have an MRI & good talk with him vs the
-> 3rd surgery. All that should be set up in the next week/10 days (before
-> we go on leave) so I can begin the next phase early next year.
