Inflated shipping and "handling" is a huge rip-off of both the buyer and 
eBay. I refuse to do business with sellers who practice inflated 
shipping prices. I don't mind paying a couple bucks handling - if it is 
so stated ... as I do when I sell something that requires complex 
packaging or extraordinary handling. Otherwise I charge actual shipping 
prices.

Many sellers seem to think that since eBay is this huge, very successful 
internet conglomerate that their little duck nibbles and cheats are 
justified. But, at the end of the day those sellers are thieves, cheats 
and charlatans and I will not buy from them. If they will cheat eBay - 
what sort of tender mercy will they show a mere customer???

Oh, and if you buy anything made by Belkin - buy locally and with full 
return privileges. Everything I have bought branded Belkin has proven, 
in the end, to be a waste of natural resources, my time, and in a couple 
cases - my $$$. Buying locally will, at least, save you a lot of 
shipping charges. And it will give you a venue in which to express your 
choler at an actual living being.

 Categories: Russian, Desserts, Cakes, Five
      Yield: 1 Cake
 
    200 g  Sugar
      3 lg Eggs
    300 g  Butter
    400 g  Flour
    1/2 ts Baking soda
 
  If some of the units look unfamiliar to you, use the conversion chart

  Mix all the ingredients and use flour to make a soft consistency. Take
  a non-stick tin and put the dough in it. Make it smooth and then put
  into the hot oven for 25-30 minutes. When the cake is ready, you can
  put jams, jelly, whipped cream, or ice cream all over the top.
