I agree wholeheartedly! A reasonable fee garners no complaint or negative 
feedback from me. But I do give negative feedback to those who charge 
userious fees for "shipping and Handling" a simple item. And when I know that 
upfront I refuse to deal with them...and ask them embarrassing questions in 
public when I can!
